20th Century Fox recently released the new movie trailer (below) for the upcoming super hero/action flick called “X-Men: First Class” a few days ago,and it looks pretty damn good,featuring more action with a younger cast as it follows the origins of the famous X-Men super heroes.

The film stars: James McAvoy, Michael Fassbender, Rose Byrne, January Jones, Kevin Bacon, Nicholas Hoult, Jennifer Lawrence, Caleb Landry Jones, Lucas Till, Edi Gathegi, Jason Flemyng, Oliver Platt, Morgan Lily, Zoe Kravitz, and Bill Bilner.

The movie focuses on the epic beginning of the X-Men saga, and shows a secret history of famous global events. Before mutants had revealed themselves to the world, and before Charles Xavier and Erik Lehnsherr took the names Professor X and Magneto, they were two young boys realizing their powers for the first time.

They were not enemies at the time,but were the closest of friends that worked together with other Mutants to prevent nuclear Armageddon. In the process, a grave rift between them opened, and began the eternal war between Magneto’s Brotherhood and Professor X’s X-Men. It hits theaters on June 3rd.

The movie is a secret project of J.J. Abrams and Steven Spielberg directed it. It’s set in 1979 when the U.S. Air Force closed off a section of Area 51. All the materials were to be transported to a secure facility in Ohio,and that’s pretty much it for description of this weird looking flick. It’s scheduled to hit theaters on June 10th.

In the new Pirates flick, Captain Jack Sparrow returns,and crosses paths with the enigmatic Angelica,and he’s not sure if it’s love,or if she’s a ruthless con artist that’s using him to find the fabled Fountain of Youth.

She forces him aboard the “Queen Anne’s Revenge,” which is the ship of the legendary pirate Blackbeard. Soon, Jack finds himself on an unexpected adventure in which he doesn’t know whom to fear more, Blackbeard or Angelica. The new 4th installment comes out on May 20th.

Paramount Pictures released their mainstream Super Bowl movie spot (below) for their upcoming “Thor” super hero/action flick,featuring big,buff Chris Hemsworth as the mighty hero himself. It stars: Chris Hemsworth, Natalie Portman, Tom Hiddleston, Anthony Hopkins, Rene Russo, Stellan Skarsgard, Jaimie Alexander, Kat Dennings, Ray Stevenson, Josh Dallas, Tadanobu Asano, Idris Elba, Clark Gregg, Colm Feore, and Samuel L. Jackson.

“Thor” revolves around mighty comic book hero Thor (Chris Hemsworth) who is a powerful yet arrogant warrior whose reckless actions reignite an old war. Thor is cast down to Earth by his father,and has to live with the humans.

However, a beautiful, young scientist named Jane Foster (Natalie Portman) has a good effect on Thor,and she becomes his first romance. It’s while here on Earth that Thor learns what it takes to be a true hero when the most dangerous villain of his world sends the darkest forces of Asgard to invade Earth. “Thor” movie arrives in theaters on May 6th.

DreamWork (Paramount) recently released their new Super Bowl movie clip spot (below) for the upcoming “Transformers 3: Dark of the Moon,” and it looks pretty damn good as it features new,cool scenes with the Transformers and explosions. Lots of explosions.

The movie stars: Shia LaBeouf, Rosie Huntington-Whiteley, Josh Duhamel, Tyrese Gibson, Kevin Dunn, Julie White, Frances McDormand, John Malkovich, Ken Jeong, Patrick Dempsey, Alan Tudyk,and John Turturro.

“Transformers 3: Dark of the Moon” centers around character Sam Witwicky who is taking his first couple of steps into manhood while remaining a reluctant human friend of main Transformer Optimus Prime. This 3rd installment focuses around the space race between the U.S.S.R. and the USA, suggesting there was a hidden Transformers role in it all that remains one of the planet’s most dangerous secrets. The villain of this movie will be Shockwave. It hits theaters on July 1st.

Paramount Pictures and Marvel Studios released the new “Captain America: The First Avenger” Superbowl,movie clip (below),and it looks pretty good with the very buff Chris Evans as the leading man. The movie stars: Chris Evans, Hayley Atwell, Hugo Weaving, Sebastian Stan, Toby Jones, Samuel L. Jackson, Dominic Cooper, Tommy Lee Jones,and Stanley Tucci, Neal McDonough.

“Captain America: The First Avenger” is going to focus on the early days of the Marvel Universe when Steve Rogers agrees to participate in an experimental program that turns him into a very muscular Super Soldier known as Captain America. The movie clip is pretty short,but features quite a bit. The new “Captain America” flick hits theaters on July 22nd.

Lionsgate is releasing their new comedy/drama flick “From Prada To Nada” next weekend,and the movie trailer (below) for it looks pretty funny as two spoiled girls have to go from riches to rags when their father dies. The movie stars: Camilla Belle, Alexa Vega, Adriana Barraza, Wilmer Valderrama, Kuno Becker,and Nicholas D’Agosto.

“From Prada to Nada” revolves around two spoiled sisters named Nora (Camilla Belle) who is a law student, and Mary (Alexa Vega) who is an undergrad party girl living with their father in a luxurious mansion in Beverly Hills. Mary has become so spoiled that she refuses to admit she is of Mexican decent.

However,their dad suddenly passes away,and their spoiled lives no longer exist. They eventually discover they have been left penniless and are forced to move into their estranged aunt Aurelia’s house in the Latino-centric Boyle Heights neighborhood of East LA. They are terrified to leave their world of privilege.

They eventually adapt slowly to their new environment, and used cars. They both also discover romance, the true meaning of family, and they learn that the life of PRADA actually means NADA without love, family and community. “From Prada To Nada” movie hits theaters on January 28th.

Dimension Films recently released the full theatrical movie trailer (below) for their upcoming “Scream 4″ thriller flick,and it looks damn good. It features a lot of current, well known stars and stars from the first three flick in the series. The scenes look real good with plenty of shocks and thrills. The movie stars: Neve Campbell, David Arquette, Courteney Cox Arquette, Emma Roberts,and Hayden Panettiere.

In “Scream 4,” Sidney Prescott (Neve Campbell) is now the author of a self-help book,and returns home to Woodsboro on the last stop of her book tour. She eventually reconnects with Sheriff Dewey (David Arquette) and Gale (Courteney Cox), who are now married, as well as her cousin Jill (Emma Roberts) and her Aunt Kate.

Unfortunately, Sidney’s appearance is going to bring the return of the terrifying Ghostface killer,which puts Sidney, Gale, Dewey, Jill, and the whole town of Woodsboro in incredible danger that leaves a lot of people dead. “Scream 4″ movie hits theaters on April 15th.

In the movie, the town has made a deal with the crazy werewolf in the woods to feed it,so he doesn’t kill humans.However, he eventually breaks that deal by starting to kill humans. Also,Amanda Seyfried’s character is caught in a love triangle with two guys,but decides to pick one of them. Unfortunately, the one she’s picked,could possibly be the mysterious werewolf as he is a man on a regular basis. “Red Riding Hood’ movie hits theaters on March 11th.

The Weinstein Company is releasing their new Ben Affleck branded drama flick “The Company Men” into theaters this weekend,and the movie trailer (below) features a plot that has quite a bit of drama as Ben Affleck’s character gets down on himself for being unemployed,and more. The movie stars: Ben Affleck, Chris Cooper, Kevin Costner, Tommy Lee Jones, Rosemarie DeWitt, Maria Bello, and Craig T. Nelson.

“The Company Men” movie revolves around character Bobby Walker (Ben Affleck) who is living the American dream with a great job, beautiful family, and a cool Porsche. However corporate downsizing leaves him and co-workers Phil Woodward and Gene McClary with no jobs. They eventually, are forced to re-define their lives. “The Company Men” movie hits theaters this Friday on January 21st in limited release.
